COVID-19 Announcement

The CDC has made a new recommendation that all routine eye care be postponed at this time. In order to help do our part and protect our patients and staff, we have decided to close the office at the end of business today, March 18.

Dr. Olding will continue to be available for emergency eye issues by appointment only. If you need emergent assistance, please call the office at 614-895-9955 and follow the prompts to reach Dr. Olding at home. He will either perform a teleconference appointment or will schedule a time to meet you at the office.

We will be checking the office voicemail at least twice per day. If you have glasses or contact lenses in the office that need to be picked up, please call and leave a message. We can arrange for someone to meet you at the office or have them shipped directly to you.

If you are in need of new medications or contact lenses but your prescription is expired, we will be willing to extend the prescriptions and get things ordered for you during this time. If you have glasses or contacts currently ready for pickup, arrangements can be made to have them shipped to you or to pick up by appointment. Again, please call the office and leave a message and we will arrange something.

As of now, we plan to try to reopen on April 20 for routine eye care services. This date could potentially be pushed back as well and we will re-evaluate the situation as we get closer. We are still available for emergency visits anytime - simply call us at (614) 686-2300 and leave a message.
